How to deposit

Go to Deposit.
Choose your payment method and, for crypto, the coin and network (for example USDT on Tron TRC-20).
Enter the amount in EUR. You will see the exact amount to send, the exchange rate and a QR code.
Send the payment. Your balance is updated automatically once it is confirmed.

Minimum deposit

The minimum deposit is €10 or the equivalent in cryptocurrency, unless a different minimum is shown for a payment method.

How long does it take?

Crypto: credited after the required network confirmations. On fast networks such as Tron, Solana or Polygon this usually takes a few minutes. Bitcoin can take longer.
Card and e-wallet payments (where available): credited as soon as the payment provider confirms them, usually within moments.
Bank transfers (where available): credited when the money arrives, which can take one to three working days.

Important for crypto deposits

Send only the selected coin on the selected network. Coins sent on another network may be lost.
Send the exact amount shown. If your wallet or exchange deducts a fee, add it on top. A smaller or larger amount is not credited automatically and will be checked by our team first.
Each deposit address is valid for a limited time, shown on screen. Do not reuse an old address; create a new deposit each time.
Some coins need a destination tag or memo. Always include it when it is shown.
Your balance is held in EUR. The exchange rate is fixed when you create the deposit.

Do I need to verify my account?

Players who deposit and withdraw only in cryptocurrency normally do not need to verify. We may ask for verification in some cases, for example above certain withdrawal amounts or if you use a card or bank payment. See our KYC Policy.

Withdrawals

How to withdraw

Go to Withdraw.
Choose the method and, for crypto, the coin, network and your wallet address.
Enter the amount and check the network fee and the estimated amount you will receive.
Confirm the withdrawal.

What happens next

Review: our team checks every withdrawal for your security. Larger amounts are reviewed by two people.
Payment: once approved, the withdrawal is sent to your wallet or payment method.
Done: you can follow the status at any time in Transactions.

If a withdrawal is rejected or cannot be paid, the money returns to your balance and we tell you why.

Before you can withdraw

Each deposit must be wagered before a withdrawal: at least once (1x) in the casino, or three times (3x) on sports bets with odds of 1.80 or higher.
Bonus funds must meet their wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See the bonus terms of each promotion.
If verification is requested, please complete it in Verification.

Limits

Maximum withdrawal: €25,000 per day, or the equivalent in cryptocurrency. Larger amounts are paid in instalments.
Withdrawals are paid only to you, and wherever possible to the same method or wallet you used to deposit.

Fees

We do not charge withdrawal fees. For crypto withdrawals, the network fee is shown before you confirm. Your bank, card issuer or exchange may charge their own fees.

Tips for crypto withdrawals

Double-check your wallet address and network. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.
Use a wallet that you own and control. Never share your private key or seed phrase with anyone, including us.
Cryptocurrency values change with the market. The amount in coins is calculated when the withdrawal is sent.
