Spinatoshi (www.spinatoshi.com) is operated by Spin Reels S.R.L, registration number 455754, with its registered address at San José, Costa Rica. Spin Reels S.R.L is licensed and regulated under licence CRG / 117 / 15.10.2026 – 15.10.2027, issued in Costa Rica.

Our commitment

At Spinatoshi, we believe gambling should always be fun, safe and under your control. For most people, playing casino games or betting on sport is simply a form of entertainment. For a small number of people, it can become a problem that affects their finances, health, work and relationships.

We take this seriously. Our responsible gambling approach is built on three principles:

Player safety: protecting minors, protecting your data and payments, and giving you clear information. Fair and transparent games: games supplied by established providers, with rules and return-to-player information available in every game (see our RNG Policy). Prevention and support: easy-to-use tools to stay in control, and guidance towards professional help when needed.

We also design our marketing responsibly: we only promise what you can actually get, we never present gambling as a way to make money, and we do not target minors or vulnerable people.

Tools to help you stay in control

You can use all these tools at any time from Account → Limits, or by emailing support@spinatoshi.com.

Deposit, loss and wager limits

Set the maximum amount you can deposit, lose or wager per day, week or month.

Lowering a limit takes effect immediately. Raising or removing a limit takes effect after a seven (7) day cooling-off period. Reality check

Get a reminder at regular intervals (for example every 30 or 60 minutes) showing how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost.

Take a break (time-out)

Need a short pause? Take a break for 24 hours, 3 days, 1 week, 1 month or 2 months. During a break:

you cannot deposit or play; you can still log in to withdraw your remaining real-money balance; your account reopens automatically when the break ends. Self-exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, you can self-exclude for six (6) months to five (5) years, or permanently. During self-exclusion:

you cannot deposit, play or receive marketing from us; you can withdraw your remaining real-money balance; self-exclusion cannot be cancelled early. When a temporary self-exclusion ends, your account reopens only after you ask us, followed by a seven (7) day cooling-off period. Permanent account closure

If you want to close your account permanently because of problem gambling, contact support@spinatoshi.com as soon as possible. Once closed for this reason, the account cannot be reopened, and you will not be allowed to open a new one.

Opting out of marketing

You can stop all marketing emails and notifications at any time in Account → Notifications.

Know the signs

Problem gambling (also called gambling disorder) is recognised as a mental health condition by the World Health Organization and in international medical classifications. It is defined as a persistent pattern of gambling that continues despite harmful consequences, such as debt, relationship breakdown or problems at work.

Only a professional can make a diagnosis, but the following signs may indicate a problem. Ask yourself honestly:

Do you think about gambling most of the time, or plan your next session while you are not playing? Do you increase your stakes to get the same excitement, especially when you are losing? Have you tried to cut down or stop, without success? Do you feel restless, anxious or irritable when you try to gamble less? Do you gamble to escape from problems, stress or a low mood? Do you chase your losses, playing again to win back what you lost? Do you lie to family or friends about how much time or money you spend gambling? Have you ever done something illegal, or considered it, to fund your gambling? Has gambling caused arguments or damaged relationships with family, friends or colleagues? Have you borrowed money, sold possessions or used money meant for bills to gamble?

If you answered “yes” to several of these questions, we strongly recommend that you use our tools to take a break, and that you contact one of the organisations listed below for free and confidential advice.

Tips for playing responsibly Gambling is entertainment, not a way to make money. Treat the money you spend as the cost of your entertainment. Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use money set aside for rent, bills, food or other essentials. Set a budget before you start, and stick to it. When it is gone, stop. Set a time limit and take regular breaks. The longer you play, the more you are likely to lose. Never chase your losses. If you reach your limit and try to win it back, it is no longer a limit. Don’t raise your limits in the heat of the moment. Don’t gamble under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Don’t gamble when you are upset, stressed or depressed. Decisions are harder when you are emotional. Balance gambling with other activities: family, friends, sport and hobbies. Crypto players: cryptocurrency prices can change quickly. Decide your budget in a fixed amount (for example in euro) and stick to it, whatever the market does. Protection of minors

Gambling is strictly for adults aged 18 or over, or the legal age in your country if higher. Confirming your date of birth is mandatory at registration, and we may ask for proof of age at any time. Accounts of minors are closed, and any winnings are void.

If you share a device with children or teenagers, please:

never leave your account logged in, and do not save your password in the browser; keep your login details, wallet and payment methods private; use parental control software to block gambling websites on your devices. Blocking software

If you want extra protection, you can install software that blocks access to gambling websites and apps on your devices, for example Gamban, BetBlocker or BetFilter, or the parental controls built into your phone, computer or router.
